Pada tulisan kali ini saya akan melakukan bedah laporan keuangan untuk perusahaan – perusahaan di sektor agri, yaitu: AALI, LSIP, PALM, BWPT, CEKA dan TBLA.

Jadi kali ini sedikit berbeda dengan bedah laporan keuangan yang saya buat di tahun sebelumnya, dimana saya melakukan bedah laporan keuangan untuk satu perusahaan. Kali ini saya akan membandingkan beberapa perusahaan sejenis yang bagi saya menarik di sektor yang kurang lebih sejenis.

AALI, LSIP, PALM dan BWPT memang di sektor AGRI, tetapi CEKA dan TBLA sudah keluar dari indeks agri dan bergabung ke indeks CONSUMER. Akan tetapi kedua emiten ini walau sudah bergabung ke sektor consumer tapi cita rasa masih AGRI punya. Pergerakan mereka masih dipengaruhi oleh naik turunnya harga komoditas sawit.

Kenapa 6 emiten ini yang saya bandingkan dalam bedah laporan keuangan agri dan kenapa tidak emiten sawit lainnya? Anggaplah saya ada ketertarikan untuk mempelajari lebih jauh 6 emiten ini, dan karena saya yang melakukan bedah laporan keuangan dan tidak terikat dengan obligation apapun maka tentu suka-suka saya dalam memilih emiten yang mau dibandingkan.

Saya tidak akan membahas detail bagaimana menghitung EPS growth ataupun bagaimana menghitung nilai wajar di perhitungan saya. Hal ini sudah sering sekali saya bahas dan bisa dilihat di tulisan saya sebelumnya.

Jadi mari kita lihat emiten sawit mana yang paling menarik dalam bedah laporan keuangan agri ini.

BWPT (Eagle High Plantation)

  • PER : -3.53
  • PBV : 0.83
  • EV to EBIT : -38.74
  • Market Cap : 3.6T
  • Average EPS growth: -38.40%
  • Nilai wajar : karena perusahaan ini mengalami kerugian di dua tahun terakhir maka EPS yang negatif dengan average EPS growth yang juga negatif maka saya menjadi sulit untuk menghitung nilai wajar perusahaan ini, karena tidak mungkin saya menuliskan nilai wajar dengan harga yang negatif. Untuk saya pribadi walaupun melihat BWPT adalah emiten yang disukai para trader tapi jika melihat laba yang masih negatif, maka bukan menjadi pilihan yang cocok untuk  dijadikan pilihan investasi value investor.
  • Cash : 32M, yang berarti perbandingan cash dengan market cap saat ini cuma sekitar 1%
  • Fixed asset : 3.8T, yang berarti perbandingan fixed asset dengan market cap sebesar 106%. Sebenarnya jika melihat saldo fixed assetnya merupakan hal menarik untuk emiten ini karena masih diatas market cap.
  • Dividen : tahun lalu tidak membagi dividen
  • Untuk sisi valuasi, belum melihat ada yang menarik dari BWPT kecuali nilai fixed asset yang terbilang besar.

PALM (Provident Agro)

  • PER : -34.41
  • PBV : 0.71
  • EV to EBIT : -231.91
  • Market Cap : 1.4T
  • Average EPS Growth : -27.33% (EPS growth perusahaan ini belum stabil, dimana  padah tahun 2013, 2015, 2017 dan 2018 mengalami growth negatif dalam persentase yang besar).
  • Nilai wajar: karena perusahaan ini mengalami kerugian di dua tahun terakhir maka EPS yang negatif dengan average EPS growth yang juga negatif maka saya menjadi sulit untuk menghitung nilai wajar perusahaan ini, karena tidak mungkin saya menuliskan nilai wajar dengan harga yang negatif. Saya pribadi interest untuk mengecek PALM karena dia merupakan kepemilikan dari SRTG (saratoga) dimana saya cukup suka melihat perkembangan dari perusahaan yang mereka investasikan. Tapi untuk saat ini tampaknya PALM masih belum menarik karena belum stabil growthnya. Tapi sebenarnya dengan loss yang semakin lama semakin mengecil maka saham ini masih masuk dalam pantauan saya walaupun saya belum mau beli saham ini untuk per hari ini.
  • Cash : 55M yang berarti perbandingan cash dengan market cap adalah 4%.
  • Fixed asset : 555M yang berarti perbandingan fixed asset dengan market cap adalah 39.17%.
  • Dividen terakhir sebesar 3 rupiah, jika kita bandingkan harga terakhir di 199 ini berarti dividen yield cuma di kisaran 1.5%.
  • Untuk sisi valuasi belum melihat ada yang menarik dari PALM ini.

LSIP (PP London Sumatera Indonesia)

  • PER : 22.91
  • PBV : 0.79
  • EV to EBIT : 15.19
  • Market Cap : 6.7T
  • Average EPS Growth : -4.27% dimana EPS 2 tahun terakhir menurun walaupun perusahaan ini masih menghasilkan profit. Jadi karena masih profit, mari saya berikan asumsi perusahaan ini akan memiliki growth 5% di tahun mendatang.
  • Nilai wajar : Dengan asumsi average EPS growth 5% maka perusahaan ini memiliki valuasi sebesar 385, sehingga dengan MOS 50% maka maka menjadi 192.5 untuk nilai wajarnya. Tampaknya hal ini sungguh kejam untuk salah satu perusahaan agri yang termasuk favorit ini.
  • Jika menggunakan asumsi EPS growth 15% maka perusahaan ini memiliki valuasi sebesar 801, sehingga dengan MOS 50% maka menjadi 400.5 untuk nilai wajarnya. Sehingga walaupun memberikan EPS growth yang baik, tampaknya dengan harga saat ini di 995, bukan merupakan hal yang menarik secara valuasi.
  • Cash : 1.1 T, ini berarti perbandingan cash dengan market cap sebesar 17%.
  • Fixed asset : 6.3T, ini berarti perbandingan fixed asset dengan market cap sebesar 93%.
  • Dividen terakhir senilai 19, sehingga ini senilai dengan dividen yield 1.91%.
  • Jika melihat secara valuasi dari laba bersih tampaknya emiten ini belum menarik. Tapi jika melihat besarnya cash dan terutama fixed asset yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan ini, maka masih dalam posisi yang layak untuk diperhatikan lebih lanjut.

AALI (Astra Agro Lestari)

  • PER : 33.12
  • PBV : 0.95
  • EV to EBIT : 15.49
  • Market Cap : 18 T
  • Average EPS Growth : 4.4%
  • Nilai wajar : Jika saya menggunakan asumsi EPS growth saya bulatkan keatas menjadi 5% maka valuasi perusahaan ini menjadi 1.135 sehingga dengan MOS 50% maka nilai wajar bagi saya sebesar 567. Jika saya bulatkan keatas menjadi 15% untuk EPS growth maka valuasi perusahaan ini menjadi 2.361 dengan nilai wajar setelah MOS menjadi 1.180.
  • Dengan harga saham saat ini di harga 9.375 tampaknya perusahaan ini tidak bisa dibilang menarik secara harga wajar.
  • Cash : 383M, ini berarti perbandingan antara cash dengan market cap sebesar 2%.
  • Fixed asset : 9.8T, ini berarti perbandingan antara fixed asset dengan market cap sebesar 54.68%
  • Dividen terakhir senilai 224, ini berarti dividen yield sekitar 2.39%
  • Untuk valuasi, mohon maaf buat penggemar saham astra. Saya merasa tidak ada yang menarik dari emiten sawit mereka.

TBLA (Tunas Baru Lampung)

  • PER : 6.81
  • PBV : 0.7
  • EV to EBIT : 7.75
  • Market Cap : 3.8 T
  • Average EPS growth : 68.28% (ini dibantu dengan EPS growth yang begitu besar di tahun 2009, 2014, 2016). Tentu angka EPS growth sebesar ini sangat mustahil dipertahankan secara konsisten. Sehingga mari kita turunkan menjadi 15% untuk perhitungan nilai wajar perusahaan ini.
  • Dengan menggunakan EPS growth 15% maka valuasi emiten ini di harga 2.671. Jika kita masukkan MOS 50% maka nilai wajar emiten ini di harga 1.335. Ini artinya masih ada margin potensi kenaikan 87% sampai mencapai harga wajar 1.335.
  • Cash : 401 M. Ini berarti perbandingan cash dengan market cap senilai 11%.
  • Fixed asset : 6.4T, ini berarti perbandingan fixed asset dengan market cap senilai 170%.
  • Dividen terakhir di 25, sehingga dividen yield jika menggunakan harga sekarang di 3.5%.
  • Karena dah banyak yang tahu saya koleksi saham ini, tentu valuasi saham ini menarik untuk saya baik dari harga wajar yang merupakan hasil perhitungan laba bersih dan juga fixed asset yang seksi itu.

 

CEKA (Wilmar Cahaya Indonesia)

  • PER : 5.41
  • PBV : 1
  • EV to EBIT : 2.54
  • Market Cap : 1.19T
  • Average EPS Growth : 50.11%, dimana growth 2019 luar biasa 113%. Tapi mari kita gunakan EPS growth yang realistic di 15% untuk perhitungan harga wajarnya.
  • Dengan menggunakan EPS growth 15%, maka valuasi perusahaan ini di 7.748, sehingga dengan MOS 50% maka harga wajar di 3.874.
  • Cash : 366M, ini berarti perbandingan cash dengan market cap senilai 30%
  • Fixed asset : 1M, ini berarti perbandingan fixed asset dengan market cap senilai 0.08%.
  • Dividen terakhir di 100, ini berarti dividen yield 4.98%
  • Saya masih tidak habis pikir apa yang membuat saya batal menekan tombol BUY ketika di bulan maret 2020 saya tinggal tekan tombol buy ketika harga saham ini masih dibawah 1.000.

Untuk rata-rata sales growth dari urutan tertinggi ke terendah:

  • TBLA : 55%
  • AALI : 32%
  • BWPT : -2%
  • CEKA : -7%
  • LSIP : -8%
  • PALM : -122%

Untuk rata-rata gross profit dari urutan tertinggi ke terendah:

  • PALM : 28.22%
  • TBLA :  24.68%
  • LSIP : 23.2%
  • AALI : 20.88%
  • BWPT : 16.74%
  • CEKA : 9.04%

Untuk rata-rata operating profit dari urutan tertinggi ke terendah:

  • TBLA : 16.66%
  • LSIP : 15.58%
  • AALI : 13.66%
  • PALM : 7.50%, ini mulai menjadi perhatian saya dari gross profit 28.22% lalu operating profit tinggal sisa 7.5%. Sehingga saya mencoba melihat lebih lanjut dan memang beban usaha dia termasuk luar biasa besar. Beban usaha tahun 2019 sebesar 67M padahal  total pendapatan cuma sebesar 189M. Ini berarti  beban usaha PALM sebesar 35% dari total pendapatan. Coba kita lihat AALI beban usaha dia 1.1T dengan total pendapatan 17.4T. Ini berarti beban usaha AALI sebesar 6% dari total pendapatan. Tampaknya PALM memiliki masalah yang serius dalam manajemen operasional yang belum bisa dibilang efektif.
  • CEKA : 5.92%
  • BWPT : 2.22%

Untuk rata-rata average net profit dari urutan tertinggi ke terendah:

  • LSIP : 12.28%
  • AALI : 8.38%
  • TBLA : 8.1%, dari menjadi juara di operating profit dan akhirnya harus lengser ke peringkat tiga. Tanpa perlu saya bahas tampaknya sudah bisa menebak apa penyebabnya. TBLA memiliki hutang terbilang besar dimana biaya bunga tahun 2019 sebesar 694M. Dengan total gross profit sekitar 2T maka biaya bunga tersebut memakan 35% dari laba kotor perusahaan tersebut.
  • CEKA : 4.24%
  • PALM : -8%, saya tidak sampai cek annual report tapi di income statement stockbit ada biaya lain-lain 47M yang diatas gross profit perusahaan dia yang senilai 42M. Biaya lain-lain ini 3 tahun terakhir terus ada dengan nilai yang memang terus berkurang. Saya pribadi tidak cek sampai detail, tapi bisa jadi biaya lain-lain ini adalah biaya bunga.
  • BWPT : -17.89%, perusahaan ini memiliki beban keuangan di tahun 2019 sebesar 912M. Bandingkan dengan gross profit dia yang sebesar 10M saja dan biaya bunga ini dalam 3 tahun terakhir terus meningkat. Semoga jika ada teman yang berniat investasi jangka panjang di emiten ini bisa memperhatikan tulisan ini dengan seksama.

Kesimpulan untuk Analisa Profitabilitas

Andaikata TBLA bisa terbebas dari hutang maka TBLA adalah emiten yang sangat seksi untuk profitabilitasnya. Pertumbuhan sales yang begitu bagus dan gross profit yang begitu bagus dari perusahaan tersebut. Sayangnya beban biaya bunga yang besar harus membuat perusahaan ini terlihat biasa-biasa saja.

LSIP merupakan perusahaan yang memiliki ratio net profit paling baik dikarenakan biaya bunga yang sangat kecil cuma 1M di tahun 2019.

CEKA merupakan salah satu emiten di sawit yang sebenarnya menarik perhatian saya, kemampuan profitabilitas dari emiten ini tidak terlalu menggiurkan. Tapi mari kita bahas apa yang hebat dari emiten ini sesaat lagi.

Mari kita melihat perbandingan total hutang yang memiliki biaya bunga (total debt) dengan laba bersih sebelum pajak dari urutan tertinggi ke terendah

  • CEKA : 0% (Total debt sangat kecil jika dibandingkan laba bersih sehingga hasilnya cuma 0,00 sekian persen)
  • LSIP : 0% (Total debt sangat kecil jika dibandingkan laba bersih sehingga hasilnya cuma 0,00 sekian persen)
  • AALI : 8.6%
  • TBLA : 8.86%
  • PALM : -1.97%
  • BWPT : -6.41%

Urutan peringkat interest coverage (laba bersih sebelum pajak bisa bayar berapa kali biaya bunga). Misalkan TBLA interest coverage 2.05 artinya laba bersih sebelum pajak mereka bisa membayar biaya bunga selama 2 tahun.

Urutan peringkat cash/short terms debt, melihat apakah perusahaan memiliki uang cash yang cukup untuk pelunasan hutang jangka pendek yang akan jatuh tempo dalam waktu kurang dari 1 tahun. Mari kita lihat urutan dari tertinggi ke terendah.

  • LSIP : 1.132.000
  • CEKA : 366.000
  • AALi : 2.55
  • PALM : 0.63
  • TBLA : 0.27, ini memang menjadi hal yang selalu saya ingatkan untuk teman-teman investor yang mau invest di TBLA. Perusahaan ini tampaknya masih akan terus menerus untuk terkena biaya bunga yang tinggi. Tapi jika ada kekhawatiran akan gagal bayar tampaknya itu kekhawatiran terlalu berlebihan dengan begitu mudahnya perusahaan ini dalam menerbitkan obligasi. Tapi memang dalam beberapa tahun kedepan tampaknya masih pakai jurus gali lubang tutup lubang.

Kesimpulan : Untuk analisa likuiditas jelas terlihat sekali bahwa juaranya adalah LSIP dan CEKA.

CEKA, TBLA, AALI dan LSIP memiliki cashflow operation yang positif dan working capital yang positif juga, sehingga ke empat emiten ini termasuk dalam kategori SAFE. Tetapi TBLA memiliki free cashflow negatif sebesar -246M tapi setidaknya ini penurunan dibanding tahun 2018 yang free cashflow -1.1T. Berarti logikanya dengan free cashflow -1.1T saja masih bagi dividen di tahun 2019, seharusnya di  RUPS agustus nanti ada pengumuman pembagian dividen untuk TBLA. Semoga ya.

PALM memiliki cashflow operation  positif tetapi working capital negatif, perusahaan ini masuk kedalam kategori RECOVERY yang kita lihat sejalan dengan berkurangnya kerugian perusahaan.

BWPT memiliki cashflow operation negatif, free cashflow negatif dan working capital negatif sehingga dikategorikan dalam kelompok DANGER.

Kesimpulan Bedah Laporan Keuangan Agri

  • Untuk kategori perusahaan yang bisa dipilih untuk kategori bagus menurut saya ada 4 perusahaan di sektor agri, yaitu : CEKA, TBLA, LSIP dan AALI. Untuk PALM dia harus membuktikan dulu apakah pengurangan kerugian perusahaan bisa konsisten atau tidak di tahun ini. Untuk BWPT mohon maaf, saya tidak bisa melihat ini sebagai emiten yang cocok untuk dijadikan pilihan jangka panjang.
  • Untuk kategori perusahaan yang menarik secara valuasi, maka saya hanya melihat dua emiten yaitu CEKA dan TBLA.
  • Kelemahan CEKA hanya di satu hal, yaitu gross profit yang kecil hanya 9.04% yang jika kita bandingkan dengan TBLA terbilang cukup jauh yang bisa memiliki gross profit hingga 24.68%.
  • Akan tetapi CEKA adalah perusahaan yang terbilang super sehat, dimana hutang yang kecil dan kemampuan menghasilkan revenue dan laba yang baik dengan aset yang terbilang kecil. Bahasa kerennya CEKA adalah perusahaan yang bisa dibilang capital-efficient company.
  • TBLA tentu akan memiliki prospek peningkatan laba bersih yang luar biasa jika bisa mengobati permasalahan beban bunga yang memang terbilang besar tapi untuk dua tahun kedepan saya rasa bukan hal yang mudah untuk diwujudkan.
  • Jadi walaupun uang saya diinvestasikan di TBLA dan tidak punya barang di CEKA, tapi saya harus bilang CEKA terlihat lebih menarik untuk investor yang memiliki karakter risiko konservatif.
  • Saya pribadi akan tetap menambah jumlah lembar saham di TBLA dan menunggu kesempatan untuk bisa mendapatkan CEKA di harga yang menarik.
  • Pertanyaan yang paling sulit dijawab dan pasti akan ditanyakan, memang mau tunggu CEKA di harga berapa? Jika terdiskon kebawah 1.500, saya tampaknya akan mulai masuk sembari menyesali jika berusaha mengingat kenapa saya bisa batal menekan tombol buy di bulan maret lalu ketika CEKA dibawah harga 1.000.
  • Apakah harga tersebut akan diberikan oleh market? Sejujurnya saya tidak tahu, tapi saya berminat untuk 2 perusahaan ini di sektor AGRI.
