Analisa Valuasi – Bedah Laporan Keuangan ENVY

Mari kita lihat analisa valuasi perusahaan ini:

  1. EPS sampai Q3 2019 adalah 3, dengan harga per hari ini 920 artinya PER >300x.
  2. Melihat PER >300X di saham ini, membuat saya ingin langsung tutup laptop karena sudah mengetahui bahwa tidak seru lagi untuk dibahas. Saya sudah tahu hasilnya adalah tidak direkomendasikan untuk jadi pilihan investasi value investor. Tapi karena saham ini pemenang polling di saham kapitalisasi kecil dari polling yang saya adakan maka saya lanjutkan analisa saya.
  3. Karena belum ada perbandingan laporan tahunan dari tahun-tahun sebelumnya. Saya tidak punya benchmark untuk perhitungan EPS growth.
  4. Umumnya saya pakai EPS Growth 15%, saya mau bermurah hati saya kalikan 2 menjadi 30%. Dengan harapan membuat valuasi perusahaan ini lebih tinggi dan menjadi diskusi yang lebih menarik lagi. Yang sejujurnya saya tidak dengan kemampuan pertumbuhan EPS perusahaan ini.
  5. Jika menggunakan EPS Growth 30% maka valuasi saham ENVY sebesar 115 dan jika diberikan MOS 50% menjadi 57,5.
  6. Jika menggunakan EPS Growth 15%, maka valuasi saham ENVY sebesar 65 dan jika diberikan MOS 50% menjadi 32.5.

Jadi jika melihat hasil analisa valuasi dari bedah laporan keuangan ENVY, maka hasilnya memang saham ini bukan menjadi pilihan investasi yang baik bagi seorang value investor.

7. PBV – 10.1 X jelas bukan alasan yang bagus untuk piilih saham ini.

Analisa Profitabilitas

Mari kita melihat analisa profitabilitas perusahaan ini:

  1. ROA = 0.88% dan ROE = 0,99%. Sungguh kecil dan tidak masuk kedalam kriteria saya.
  2. Revenue 2018 49 miliar rupiah dan revenue 2019 sampai Q3 121 miliar rupiah. Akhirnya kita menemukan suatu hal positif dari perusahaan ini.
  3. Gross profit 2018 sebesar 18% dan gross profit 2019 sampai Q3 di kisaran 23%. Ternyata perusahaan ini memiliki profit yang juga bertumbuh.
  4. Net Profit 2018 sebesar 6% dan net profit 2019 sampai Q3 di kisaran 4.6%. Gross profit yang meningkat tapi net profit yang menurun. Tentu bukan hal yang cukup baik.

Analisa Cashflow

Mari kita lihat hasil analisa cashflow perusahaan ini:

  1. Arus kas dari kegiatan operasi 2018 minus 26 miliar rupiah dan di 2019 turun lebih parah sampai minus 176 miliar rupiah. Sungguh bukan hal yang masuk kedalam kriteria saya.
  2. ENVY harus berterima kasih untuk teman2 stockbit yang invest di saham ini. Karena walaupun arus kas operational mereka negatif tapi secara net change positif di tahun 2019 25 miliar rupiah. Yang dikarenakan kenaikan modal disetor dari investor sebesar kurang lebih 211M.

Analisa Likuiditas

Mari kita lihat analisa likuiditas (ratio hutang) perusahaan ini:

  1. Current Ratio : sangat baik 7,7X
  2. Quick Ratio : kurang lebih sama, karena perusahaan sejenis ini tidak punya inventory.
  3. DER : 0,12

Untuk ratio hutang, ENVY memiliki nilai yang sangat baik.

Analisa Dividen

Untuk dividen saya tidak bisa dapatkan history datanya, sehingga saya tidak bisa memberikan analisa apapun.

Kesimpulan

Kesimpulan yang bisa saya berikan dari hasil analisa bedah laporan keuangan ENVY adalah:

  1. EPS yang terlalu kecil dimana kalau kita beli saham dengan harga 900, maka kita balik modal 300 tahun dengan EPS 3. Walaupun sebagai value investing memang interval time panjang. Tapi saya tidak merencanakan untuk mewariskan investasi saham saya ke cucu dari cucu saya.
  2. Net profit perusahaan ini terlalu kecil, memang ada peningkatan sales yang cukup bagus antara 2018 ke 2019. Tetapi peningkatannya tetap bukan sesuatu yang bisa mengejar ke gap harga yang sedemikian jauhnya.
  3. Mohon maaf sebesar – besarnya buat teman-teman yang pegang ENVY. Dengan EPS growth yang saya coba masukkan dengan penuh kemurahan hati sebesar 30%. Nilai  wajar yang saya dapatkan cuma di kisaran nilai wajar 57,5.
  4. Cashflow Operation negatif dan negatif bertambah besar itu sesuatu yang sudah jadi menjadi final bahwa saya tidak akan berinvestasi di perusahaan ini.
  5. Satu – satunya hal positif dari saham ini saya rasa adalah ratio utang yang baik, sehingga perusahaan ini tampaknya akan bertahan dalam waktu lama.

Kesimpulan yang bisa saya berikan dari bedah laporan keuangan ENVY adalah tidak merekomendasikan untuk membeli saham ini.
