Apa itu Binary Trading?

Tahun lalu sempat muncul booming parodi iklan tentang platform binary trading. Saya cukup kaget kenapa akhir – akhir ini instrumen ini menjadi populer kembali.

Instrumen ini sendiri adalah produk turunan dari options trading. Options adalah hak kita membeli / menjual sebuah saham tanpa kita harus membeli saham tersebut. (buat lebih jelas tentang options, saya akan jelaskan di postingan berbeda).

Skema investasinya adalah menentukan apakah harga akan bergerak naik atau turun dalam interval waktu tertentu. Dan jika tebakan anda benar maka anda mendapatkan profit. Cara investasi yang memang sungguh simpel.

Alasan Saya Tidak Merekomendasikan Binary Trading

Alasan saya menyebut binary trading bukan instrumen investasi yang baik untuk kita sebagai investor adalah:

  1. Instrumen ini tidak cocok untuk investor, Karena time interval investasinya sangat singkat (periode menit).
  2. Trader yang pintar seharusnya mengerti teknik 2R. Artinya target profit minimal harus 2X diatas target loss. Sayangnya ini justru tidak bisa digunakan didalam binary trading Baca juga : Teknik 2R – Teknik Rahasia Profit Konsisten Trader.
  3. Didalam binary trading, justru jika kita menang maka kita akan mendapatkan 90% dari modal yang kita letakkan. Dan jika kalah maka kita akan kehilangan 100% modal kita. Sebagai contoh: jika saya memasang transaksi 10 usd, kalau saya win maka mendapat 9 usd dan kalau loss saya kehilangan 10 usd.
  4. Tentunya dari penjelasan poin no 3, platform investasi ini juga tidak cocok dengan trader. Dimana trader yang pintar selalu punya formulasi untuk dapat profit walaupun persentase menangnya tidak bagus.
  5. Investasi ini cocok buat para gambler yang ingin menguji jiwa adrenaline kalian tanpa perlu melakukan analisis dan hanya mengandalkan feeling.

Kesimpulan

Saya tidak menjadikan binary trading sebagai salah satu opsi pilihan untuk investasi kita. 

Bahkan jika anda adalah trader, ini juga bukan instrumen investasi yang cocok untuk anda. Karena bagaimanapun anda tidak bisa membuat sistem trading dengan money management yang aman.

Saya suka dengan options trading. Cuma untuk menjelaskan options membutuhkan waktu yang panjang karena instrumen ini jauh lebih rumit dibandingkan dengan saham.

Tapi walaupun saya suka dengan options trading tapi saya tidak merekomendasikan options trading untuk investor pemula. Ini instrumen yang memang menguntungkan tapi rumit.
